Position: Full-Time Secretary
We’re looking for a professional and organized Secretary to support our management team with daily administrative and travel-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and internal meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements: flight bookings, hotel reservations, and complete travel itineraries.
- Prepare and organize reports, documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
- Follow up on emails, calls, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as needed.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in travel planning and bookings.
- Knowledge of database systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and discretion.
